Q. Why buy the land.
A. All the land is sold as freehold land, the land is yours and your heirs for
ever. The land will appreciate in value, you will make a healthy return on your capital layout.
Q. Why not rent some land from an allotment society instead of buying.
A. Yes of course this is an option, but you are only renting the land. When you buy the freehold title of the land, you have an asset, the land is yours.
Q. I would like a large plot of land of 400 Metres square.

Q. The land will be very expensive.
A. No. We sell land for very reasonable amounts of money, prices start at £1,800 (Upwell).
Q. I will need planning permission to grow crops?
A. No. planning permission is not required if you want to grow crops, fruit or vegetables on your land.
Q. How do I get to my plot of land?
A. There are Rights of way to every plot, the land is never land locked and you have free access to your land.
Q. Buying land will be long winded and there will be expensive legal fees.
A. No. Buying land is very straight forward, you pay a 20% deposit and have 30 days to pay the balance. When full payment is complete, we start the conveyance to transfer the land into your name or the name of your choice. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no additional costs.
Q. Do I need to use a solicitor?
A. We do all the conveyance in-house, there is no need to use a solicitor and incur additional costs. You may need to complete an ID1 form to complete the conveyance, a solicitor will normally charge a statutory fee of £20.
Q. If I decide to sell the land at a later date, can you help?
A. Yes, we will put the land back on the market and advertise the land for you. The owners are normally very pleased when they have made a good profit on the sale of their land.
